Energy efficiency is not just “consuming less”, but delivering the same service with fewer kWh, lower power and reduced losses, while maintaining comfort and safety. At IMESUR we approach each project based on data: we measure, analyze and act. We start from a consumption baseline, identify inefficiencies (power peaks, reactive power, timing, standby, performance levels) and prioritize actions by return on investment (ROI) and operational criticality.
What we do
Audit and monitoring:
load inventory, dataloggers, 15-minute profiles, power factor, THD and tariff/charge analysis.
Optimization without construction:
rescheduling, setpoint adjustments, start-up sequences, tariffs and contracted power.
Measures with CAPEX:
professional LED lighting, variable frequency drives for motors and pumps, reactive power compensation, heat recovery, free-cooling, insulation, BMS/SCADA and sensor-based control.
Generation and self-consumption:
on-grid photovoltaic with or without batteries, integration with critical loads and maintenance plans.
Monitoring:
dashboard with KPIs (kWh per unit produced, € per m², equivalent hours, % actual savings vs. baseline).
How we prioritize
- Safety and service continuity.
- Payback and TCO: first low-cost measures; then investments with clear ROI.
- Regulations and quality: REBT, RITE and manufacturer’s specifications. We document every change to ensure traceability and auditability.
Expected results
In most tertiary and industrial environments, a combination of operational control and efficiency measures achieves sustained double-digit savings without compromising production or comfort. We document the before/after, train personnel and, if desired, install continuous monitoring to maintain savings over time.
